Jon Paul Espinoza is a recipient of the Top Partners Award 2012, the Leading Partners Award 2013, the Partners Roundtable Award 2014, and is mentor for individuals transitioning into the insurance and financial service industry. His charismatic leadership has allowed him to become one of New York Life's prominent managers. Joining New York Life in 1999, he has served his community as an agent, financial advisor, and manager.

As a qualifier of the Million Dollar Roundtable^* from 2006 through 2011  Jon Paul understands the ingredients necessary to create and maintain a thriving financial practice. Through his unique coaching style he is able to transfer the systems and processes to financial professionals seeking to build a practice of significance.

In 2011 he accepted a leadership role as a Partner within the Houston General Office and in 2014 he was promoted to Senior Partner.

In 2015 Jon Paul was named the Managing Partner for the New Mexico General Office, where he leads one of the largest insurance and financial services firms in the State of New Mexico.

As a cancer survivor, he understands resilience and perseverance, which he applies to his business practices. He and his wife Ruth have two daughters.
