     Don grew up in Washington State and joined the military right out of High School. After serving our country, very successfully, for 27 years as a U.S. Marine, Don began his career in the Financial Services Industry with New York Life in 2007. After building a successful practice and being recognized with numerous awards for productivity as well as being name Top Agent of the Year and a 5 time qualifier for Executive Council, he stepped into what he considers to be his natural calling as a Partner with New York Life's New Mexico General Office. Don works specifically with individuals interested in building a successful financial services practice with an emphasis on leadership within the communities in which they live, work, and play. Having an opportunity to impact the lives of the people that we love and care about the most is the key to living a satified and fulfilled life.      Annalisa joined New York Life in 2011 in the New Mexico General Office as an agent, after working as an Accounting Manager for an Engineering Firm for 8 years. As an agent with New York Life she was very successful and earned several awards for her performance as well as qualified for council in 2013 and 2014. In 2014 she accepted the position as the Sales Development Manager for the New Mexico General Office and is dedicated to helping agents become successful.

     Annalisa is a native of New Mexico and graduated from New Mexico State University with degrees in Finance and Business Computer Systems. She is married to husband J.C. has three children.

     April recently joined the New Mexico General Office as the Administrative Manager in 2015. April is a Texas native who graduated from Texas A&M University-Texarkana with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. April began her career with New York Life in August 2011 in the Kansas General Office. In February 2013, she was accepted into New York Life's prestigious Associate Administrative Management Program. During her training, she trained in various locations including the Dallas General Office. April has over 10 years of customer service and leadership experience. Her ability to connect with people has helped build positive relationships with employees and agents alike. April brings fresh ideas to the New Mexico and her unique approach to management will bring about a positive change within the General Office.
